Class duration 50 minutes.
Notes
COVID-secure arrangements will mean 2m social distancing and will require you to bring antiviral cleaning equipment, please. I think wearing a mask on arrival and removing once in place and PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND class if you feel at all unwell.
You will need:
- a mat
- soft ball
- long band
- loop band
- head blocks
- 2 tennis balls in a long sock
I will supply half rolls and toning circles when required which will need a clean after use.
